We are proud to announce that Premier Care is currently seeking to expand our dedicated and Practice Management Team by adding a Practice Leader / Team Leader position.
As a Practice Leader you will serve a pivotal role within the organisations care structure and will be leading teams of support workers with a sole focus on delivering care that meets the specific needs of the individual.
Main Responsibilities
· Promoting Quality of Sleep (QoS) & Quality of Life (QoL)
· Ensuring there is a positive work culture based on PBS practices
· Meeting service user needs & wants
· Coaching staff (modelling & feedback)
· Reviewing staff practices
· Reviewing active engagement in meaningful activities & relationships
· Safeguarding service users from harm
We are looking for people who are:

· Able to organise and prioritise effectively
Essential
· Must hold a driving license
· 2 years experience in a care setting
· 2 years experience in supervisory role
