We are looking for an outstanding primary teacher to join a Wigan Primary School. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and continue for the rest of the academic year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a year 5 class of 27 mixed ability pupils, and you will have a teaching assistant in class to support you.
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential. You will be expected to plan and deliver lessons that are challenging and inclusive, whilst also being creative and fun.
The successful candidate will have:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching in a primary school setting
Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum
Excellent behaviour management skills
The ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and teaching assistants
A commitment to ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential
A positive and proactive attitude
