Leading the sales strategy on your territory selling products that make a difference to patients’ lives
-
Executing 3M healthcare solutions value proposition targeting healthcare providers.

Driving utilization of the 3M product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives.

Developing and managing favourable relationships with key decision makers (surgeons, procurement category leads, anaesthetist, theatre managers, tissue viability nurses, clinical procurement, ICS procurement leads and any other stakeholders who impact your portfolio across your territory)

Developing a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration and usage
-
Supporting customers with wound care knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers.

Working with key accounts such as Guys and St Thomas’s and Great Ormond Street.
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Sales experience within the medical (or life science) industry preferred but not essential

Clinical/sales experience of theatre and clinical woundcare solutions/products

Post-high school degree or equivalent preffered

Ability to manage key customers and drive contract reviews across your territory

Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Team player with strong inter-personal skills
-
Commercial acumen with a desire to develop skillset in health economics and value-based procurement.

Develop account plans and manage your pipeline demonstrating a clear business directive for your territory
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Good knowledge of the NHS in this area
