Position: Production Line Operative
Contract Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Location: Wisbech
Salary & any shift premiums: £25,325.30 (£12.10 per hour)
Shift patterns: Four On , Four Off - Days and Nights (Rotating Shifts)
Overtime available: If available there is 1.5 shift premium on top of the salary/hourly rate
The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Working on a production line with a team of colleagues
- Work 12 hour shifts
- Ensuring correct packaging and labelling
- Product quality checks
- Be responsible for maintaining and complying with Health & Safety standards
- Maintain a tidy and organised work area
- Supporting your colleagues and managers to achieve orders
- To undertake in a safe, effective and efficient manner whilst operating machinery within the factory
