About The Role
We are now seeking a
Project Officer to work within our Estate's Asset Management team to provide effective planning, project management and professional services to help FX Plus deliver projects which provide quality higher education facilities.
This post will proactively support key projects and packages of work providing project delivery, applying project processes and advising stakeholders. Projects consist of long-term maintenance, latent defects and Estates Minor Works. You will have the support of a highly skilled estates team and have the autonomy to develop your area to ensure the right outcomes are achieved.
About You
Reporting into the Head of Asset Management the successful candidate will be highly driven individual with attention to detail, providing project management services for the delivery of long-term maintenance projects, latent defects and Estates minor works projects. It's a varied role which will require the successful candidate to show a real depth of management ability, both in handling complex projects and in the management of internal teams.
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
- Managing projects from initiation to completion
- Utilising recognised project management tools
- Undertaking administrative duties including minute taking, project documentation, organising meetings
- Working with multiple stakeholders
- Implementation of administrative systems including financial record keeping and contracts

This position is offered on a 37.5 hour a week, full time, permanent contract working across Monday-Friday.
