Salary:
£21,981 per annum pro-rata (Inclusive of an Anti-Social Hours Allowance of £676.00 per annum)

Full time role:
38.5 hours per week

Job Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic support team at our 58:7 homeless accommodation project. Do you have a passion for helping people? The service operates 24-7 receiving individuals who have been referred in to the service. You will be responsible for welcoming individuals, providing an induction into the service and making people feel welcome and safe. The induction process will be the first step in ensuring any support needs are highlighted and our multi-agency and co-located day provision are engaged with the Service User the following morning.

You should be caring and compassionate, have an inherent determination to see things through and a refusal to give up on people. Ideally, the successful candidate would have 2 years’ experience of working in a supportive role preferably in housing services or a similar field.
