Purchase Ledger Clerk Job at Grafton Banks Finance Recruitment
Grafton Banks Finance are currently working with a large commercial company with offices in Rochester, Kent to recruit an Accounts Payable Specialist on a full time permanent basis. Working full time in a finance team and reporting into the Finance Operations Manager on a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Processing high volume invoices
- Matching invoices to delivery notes
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Inputting GBP and Euro invoices into accounting system
- Dealing with delivery shortage queries
- Working in a team and supporting on finance administration
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a high volume fast paced finance function supporting the operations side of finance the Accounts Payable function.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, IT literate ( MS Office and good Excel).
This is a full time permanent job offering a competitive salary and benefits package. This job is working full time and offering Hybrid working. You will need to be able to drive to get to the offices.
