We are looking for a Regional Manager to manage and lead a regional team of Skills Hub Managers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day development of the team. This role is responsible for the delivery of the team’s key performance indicators against strategy, whilst working towards the roles becoming financially sustainable within the organisation.
You will engage and support your team to identify and engage with local agencies within your region of responsibility to support the development and implementation of local skills strategies.

Key tasks include but are not limited to:
- Proven management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse regional team to meet outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence and coordinate key stakeholders and achieve successful outcomes, both within a target driven department and externally – managing key strategic relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills including skills in report writing and presenting.
- Experience in implementing strategy and delivering against key results.
- Experience in managing multiple team members.
- Experience in driving performance and having an adaptable approach to line management.
- Be able to represent CIMSPA at industry events across the UK.
- Analysing key data and assess situations to determine their importance, urgency and risks – enabling clear and appropriate decision making.
- Managing multiple work streams, internal resources and dynamic client priorities.
- Collaborate and lead in new product and project development to support the strengthening of wider CIMSPA objectives.
- Thorough understanding of cost vs value and the ability to ensure financial targets are met.

- This is a remote role.
- It will require substantial travel across your allocated region in England (in agreement with your line manager).
- It will require occasional attendance (approximately every 6 weeks) at CIMSPA’s Head Office in Loughborough.

Salary: £41,790.00-£45,691.00 per year
