About us:
Haddon Hall Care Home, conveniently located on the A515 London Road in the Beautiful Historic Spa Town of Buxton, provides 24-hour residential, nursing and dementia care to the elderly.

We look after up to 75 residents in beautifully decorated, private, en-suite bedrooms, with a range of well-appointed lounges, dining rooms and landscaped, terraced gardens.

About the role:
We are looking for compassionate, supportive and kind Nurses to become part of our proud team at Haddon Hall Care Home in Buxton.

The Nurses position is offering a 36-hour contract per week for DAY shifts ONLY at a pay rate of £19.00 per hour. Overtime may be available.

The purpose of the nurse role is to provide high quality nursing care to our residents. You will work as a member of the nursing team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high quality standard and the personal care needs of residents, are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

Criteria / Person Specification

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• RGN qualification with an active NMC Pin
• Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group.
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills.
