You will be expected to work as part of a team and play a vital role within the different services in ensuring that all of the residents/service users are provided with the social, emotional and physical support required to meet their individual needs. You will enable individuals to be as independent as possible with personal care and their daily living tasks.
The relief contract within RST has various opportunities for care staff, kitchen staff and domestic staff within our services.
Any work offered will be determined by the needs and demands of the services. Typical shift would include mornings, evenings and nights.
You will be paid at the current Grade/SCP for each role and service you are required to work in.
You shall either have or be prepared to work towards an QCF Level 2 in Care for the Residential care officer and other care related posts.
