Job Description:

Reporting Analyst will support the Project Controls team in developing and delivering the scheduled reports as well as the daily ad hoc requests. Using some site planning experience and knowledge of executing projects to interrogate the data and ensure accurate reports.

Responsibilities

  • Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.
  • Use a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and able to communicate solutions in an effective, efficient, high-level manner.
  • Create, improve existing and utilise all tools available to produce reports for the client, internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assure integration of sub-schedules from all parties (functions, subdivisions) involved in the projects. Tracks and reports progress against the baseline schedule and continuously monitors risks and opportunities as well as proactively develops scenarios, mitigation or back-up plans required.
  • Report on schedule progress inclusive of contractual spend utilizing reporting metrics including EV (earned value) and PV (planned value) and deviations within all functions and parties involved in the project The Project Planner produces schedule-related KPI's as required by the project.

Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of project controls experience
  • P6 trained with strong skills utilizing this software Excellent command/advance knowledge of MS Office Degree Qualification is preferred. Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential. Thorough understanding of the full project life cycle and knowledge about relation between multiple inter-disciplines.
  • Major international project experience is essential. Must have experience in mixed use projects Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
