Sales Advisor

Due to our incredible growth, we’re looking for Sales Advisors to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for some of the world’s biggest and most well-known brands.

We have various full time, work at home opportunities, working in partnership with our client O2.

We offer a yearly salary of £20,800 with uncapped bonus opportunity

As a Sales Advisor within our friendly and supportive team, you will be responsible for:

• handling incoming calls from existing O2 customers
• supporting with upgrades or influencing the retention of customers
• targeted on selling additional connections (like sims, handsets, tablets and smart watches).
• support sales transactions by advising customer on suitable products
• assist with queries
• explain product features and benefits
• process customer payments
• providing the best possible customer experience

Your Skills

To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:

• 6 months sales or customer service experience (in any environment – retail, office, hospitality,)
• Must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday.
• A quiet place to work at home
• Good broadband connection (10mbps or above)
