We’re excited to be recruiting for a Science Teacher on behalf of an Ofsted Good school in Barking and Dagenham on a full-time, permanent basis to start in January 2023.

About the role

If successful, you’ll be joining an Ofsted Good growing school situated in a brand new school building. The Science department is led by an incredibly supportive and nurturing Head of Department who is looking for an innovative, enthusiastic Science Teacher to join the department.

Staff are dedicated to improving the attainment and progress of their students with a key focus on the community. You will be teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Science.

The school have recently opened it's doors to their Sixth Form so those wanting to teach Key Stage 5 will have access to do so.

ECTs / NQT's will benefit from the school's ECT induction programme which has seen many of its own NQT's go on to become Outstanding leaders within the school.

The school are passionate about progressing its own staff and you will have access to a wide range of CPD. The school has heavily invested in their CPD offerings and enjoys seeing its staff grow and develop their teaching careers.

The ideal applicant

• A qualified teacher with QTS
• Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4
• A track record for delivering Good to Outstanding Science lessons
• Committed to delivering excellent and engaging lessons
