As a Chef Manager you will…

As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

The role is based at one of the leading school's in the country, based in Barnet. The role will be predominantly Monday to Friday but with the occasional weekend function throughout the academic year. There are 1300 pupils on site but as it is a retail location, we currently feed approximately 700, accross three service locations.

A retail background would be preferable but not essential. Although the successful candidate will need to demonstrate ideas on how to drive sales while holding to the company minimum standards and showing an eye for detail.

• Have worked in a similar environment at a management level
• Be a proven, hands-on leader, able to invest in your team and their development
• Be naturally outgoing and vibrant, display a real passion for food and customer service
• Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge
• Be financially astute and have strong IT literacy
• Be innovative and creative and driven by excellence
• Stay up to date with current food trends
