You will join a team of 12 experienced Software Developers, with the opportunity to lead some of them directly.
Your tasks will include:
- Working on day-to-day tasks within the RPA team
- Growing and improving your Consulting and PS skills
- Owning the projects from start to finish
- Being the Line Manager to 5-6 people within the team
- Supporting and mentoring of your team members
To be a good fit for the Senior RPA Developer, you will have:
- 8+ years of experience in software development RPA
- High level of expertise in UiPath
- Experience with Automation Anywhere / Power Automate
- Strong experience in leading the RPA projects end to end
- Experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions
- Experience with AWS / Azure will be considered as a plus
- Competency in one or more (.NET, Python, Java, C# or SQL) will be considered a plus
