We are recruiting for a Site Manager to work with our client in Aldwarke/Tinsley with a seamless onboarding process and immediate starts available.

The Role:

• You will be in charge of the day to day running of sites
• As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for all site staff and ensure that everyone is following health and safety regulations as well as ensuring that all work is completed to the highest possible level
• You need to make sure that all equipment is available for staff to use
• The Site Manager will be arranging meetings with sub-contractors and suppliers when needed

Experience Required:

• The Site Manager must have at least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the Construction industry
• The ideal candidate will need to have a minimum of a Degree in either Engineering or Construction related discipline or a strong trades background
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques
• You will need to have strong leadership skills
• You will need have strong people management and client skills
