Support Administrator: Academic Strategy (Stratford) Job at University of the Arts London
Our aim in Academic Strategy is to lead on academic development and quality assurance. The Academic Strategy Support Administrator will be a key role for the team as we transition to our new college location at Stratford.
You will provide administrative support and assistance to the Academic Strategy Team, working flexibly and effectively with the 3 LCF academic schools and programme/course administration teams within the College, and with other teams that provide academic and student support across the University.
You will coordinate the gathering and dissemination of information for colleagues so that academic strategy is fully embedded in the core communication systems of the College.
Your work will support actively the University’s commitment to equity, inclusion, equality and diversity in our working and learning environments, working to provide responsive support to students, to the team and to other relevant stakeholders.

As an experienced administrator, you will be an organised, confident and a skilful communicator, able to multi-task efficiently and to collaborate effectively with academics, students and other teams and colleagues working in academic support and other support services across LCF and UAL. We are looking for an individual committed to providing excellent levels of support in an educational environment, who is pro-active, resourceful and committed to working as an anticipatory and supportive team member. You will be committed to supporting actively equity, inclusion, equality and diversity through your work.
Main Requirements:
As a member of our thriving Academic Strategy team, you will work flexibly and effectively with staff and students within the College, and with other teams that provide academic and student support across the University. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, process enquiries in a manner that ensures that the needs of students are met in a timely and proactive way and maintain, monitor and report on records of academic development and support activities.
