Support Worker Job at YOUR PATH LEAVING CARE LTD
To provide emotional and practical support to young people, aged 16-18, working towards sustainable independent living. To be a mentor, supporting the development of a young person’s resilience, social, self-care and independence skills. To ensure the safety and well-being of young people.
Employees may be required to work at either of our supported accommodation homes or which are based in Fulwood, Preston and Lytham St Anne’s.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-36 per week
Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
