Trainee Customer Service Agent (Insurance) - Newry - Permanent

Duties:

• Manage inbound and outbound communications from and to customers across multiple channels
• Generate quotes, process payments and finance applications
• Process policy validation and fraud prevention checks
• Grow and nurture a sales pipeline of prospective and existing clients
• Triage customer complaints to make sure that they're treated fairly
• Provide a baseline level technical support to customers
• Identify customers who are in vulnerable situations who may requires additional support
• Work closely with Customer Service team as the first line of defence to help spot and investigate fraudulent behaviour
• Support compliance and regulatory requirements by adhering to security and industry best practices

Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a customer service environment
• Passionate about creating value for customers
• Curious about digital technology and improving processes for the digital customer
• Strong organisational skills.
• Able to perform under pressure providing a quick and effective response.
• Experience building and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
