Gemba is on the search for a lead Instructional Designer who can guide and inspire our awesome team to develop the best VR learning experiences.

We create the most in-demand metaverse corporate training programs for senior executives at top companies, such as Nike, Adidas, Amazon, Nvidia, Pfizer and Volvo...to name a few!

We're looking for an inspirational teacher, a VR enthusiast and a 3D designer at heart!

Our Design Lead will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage a team of VR instructional designers, guiding and mentoring them in their work.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of VR instructional projects.
• Oversee the design and development of VR-based training programs, simulations, and other interactive learning experiences.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in VR instructional design and share with the team.
• Manage the design and development process, including setting timelines, determining budgets, and coordinating resources.

Does this sound like you?

• You have experience in VR instructional design, gaming, or a related field
• You have direct line management experience of a team, including running one-to-ones, training, managing workflow and providing expertise
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing VR instructional design projects
  
• You've got a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• You're a Unity 3D and Adobe Creative suite wizard
• You're motivating, inspiring and a people manager at heart
