Position: Warehouse Operations Manager
Location: Bristol, BS35 4DF
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, flexible shift pattern

• Operational leadership and budget responsibility
• Take responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
• Enable and establish the new standards of operation
• Review incident investigations within the work place, respond to escalated issues of noncompliance and ensure relevant safety regulations and procedures are adhered to

• Operations experience managing a team
• Warehousing/Crossdock experience - desirable
• Customer facing experience
• Strong communication skills, strong stakeholder management and the ability to quickly build effective working relationships – essential
• PC literate with experience using Excel and Microsoft applications
