Currently looking for a perm Welcome Ambassador for a Commercial Real Estate company based in Cambridge. Paying £24,000. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
- Welcome all Residents & Guests to ensure their arrival and departure experience is genuine, friendly and efficient - Delightful Welcome
- Ensure that all temporary and flexible contracted team members have been trained to Guest Experience standards and specifications
- Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally; record any messages accurately
- Ensure to monitor, action and process any emails on the company email account
- Attend regular One to One Meetings with FOH Reception Supervisor
- Maintain and submit monthly Site reports as specified for your respective site by FOH Reception Supervisor
- Liaise with Building contractors and issues and or/work being carried out within the building
- Ensure that all Reception areas are well presented, clean and tidy always
- Log any Building Faults/Issues with the Help desk, also report them to the FOH Reception Supervisor and Building Manager
- And other ad hoc receptionist duties
