We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive B2B Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. The role of the B2B Marketing Manager is to develop the strategy and manage the implementation of all marketing communications to drive B2B customer acquisition across TMC’s, direct and indirect channels delivering c£300m revenue targets. They will work with Premier Inn’s key business stakeholders and with our internal teams and external partners. This role requires great levels of planning, strategy, commerciality, curiosity, creative problem solving and passion for data as well as good people management skills.
What you will be doing:
- Drive B2B acquisition through multi-channel campaign activity maximising the impact of ALT brand campaigns
- Own the strategy and structure for digital marketing activity.
- Support ancillaries’ sales focusing on Premier Inn Meeting Rooms.
- Develop annual plan, aligned with the brand team and relevant external agencies, that delivers multi-channel B2B campaigns to drive new business sign-ups. Create rich business content to support SEO and CRM acquisition to drive incremental revenue from existing customers.
- Working with delivery, analytics and insight teams, web teams and commercial managers to ensure that the customer journeys are built and optimised to support customer acquisition and drive incremental revenue from existing customer base.
- Deliver specific B2B marketing programme to drive revenue from Business Booker, Business Account and to position and launch the new integrated business platform ‘Innbusiness’ in UK and Germany.
