The role
As the Capital Works Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for project management and programming solutions on a complex Capital Works contract, ensuring that Southern Housing Group is a leader in customer excellence. You’ll be managing high- profile Capital Works project ensuring that Group policies and procedures are followed and works are delivered in line with the project programme as well as taking ownership for resolving Capital Works issues and ensure asset replacements are value for money, complaint with legislation and fit for purpose.
This is a full-time, permanent role. The 35 hours per week will be worked Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day.
