The Role:

As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence, achieving/exceeding KPI’s including data capture, controlling branch costs, stock losses and the performance of your team.

Who We’re Looking For:

We want someone who will lead their team by example and bring the best out of them by engaging in communication, developing their skills and recognising their contributions.

You will be someone who displays excellent organisation skills, forward planning and understands the importance of putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Experience of managing a store is essential for this role, footwear/fashion experience would be advantageous, but not a necessity.
