Tradebe require Customer Service Advisors for our new offices in Birchwood Park, Warrington.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary up to £23k per annum, and up to £250 per quarter bonus.

What you will be doing:

  • Working as one team across multiple telephony channels, you will personalise each interaction with a customer to provide support during the end-to-end life cycle.
  • Processing customer sales orders, dealing with customer requests, and billing using multiple systems on a day-to-day basis.
  • Investigate complex customer queries relating to an extensive range of products.
  • Working in a high-paced environment, making decisions and actions autonomously.
  • Educating our customers on a range of products and services, being there for them!
  • Ensuring challenges that occur, a root cause, and preventative actions are found.
  • Providing customer service, advice, and support to all areas.

What you will bring to this role:

  • Established experience in a customer-focused environment where you can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
  • Great computer skills. CRM, SAP, and MS Office skills, advanced Excel beneficial.
  • Proficiency and confidence in answering phone, chat, and e-mail communication.
  • Problem-solving, and logistical thinking, with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective administration, planning, data accuracy, numeracy, and organisation skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues.
  • Excellent time keeping and reliable attendance record.
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.

Desirable Skills:

  • SAP / C4C / Ticket Management experience
  • 2 years minimum in a Customer Service, Excellence, or Business Coordination
  • Environmental Services / Waste Management / Recycling experience
