Interaction recruitment are working with a well-established business to recruit for the position of Customer Service Advisor on a full-time permanent basis.
My client is seeking a customer focused individual to join their remote team. You MUST live within a commutable distance from Peterborough.
SALARY: £18,500 - £19,500
LOCATION: PETERBOROUGH (REMOTE)
HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00AM - 5:00PM
This exciting opportunity is perfect for an individual who is driven and likes to learn. Where you will be required to interact with customers on a daily basis with exemplary customer service, whilst maintaining effective management of a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to a series of inbound calls and manage case load
- Understanding client needs and gather information
- Respond to customer enquries via telephone and email
- Data entry
- Checking documentations
- Log calls and emails onto CRM systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role
- Great IT skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Well organised
- Highly experienced and capable of using Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines under elements of pressure
