Data Analyst | Remote/Hybrid | Up to �65,000 with great benefits package


My client are in the retail sector and have a very prestigious profile, currently looking to expand their data team rapidly to work on some of the most exciting projects as they continue to expand globally.

I'm looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong BI background, specifically within Power BI, SQL/Python/Excel/Alteryx.

You would be going to their office based near Oxford 2/3 times a month, and occasionally visit other offices they have across Europe.


The role:

• A mixed role of deep data analytics & insights and data visualisation and reporting - 70/30.
• Advanced Analytics work using statistical tools such as Python, SQL & Excel
• Summarising insights from analysis & clearly communicating analytical findings to be presented to the business
• Deeply understanding data in back end systems, data nuances, and how data interacts
• Deeply understanding data in front end systems
• Building cadenced and agile reporting dashboards
• Building business cases, understanding strategically what they want to accomplish
• Executing bespoke deep data analytics to support key business decisions
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Engaging with stakeholders

Skills:

• Python
• SQL
• Excel
• Power BI/Alteryx advantageous
• Predictive modelling experience advantageous
• Previous stakeholder experience
• Previous experience in a very analytical role
