We are looking for a Deputy Digital Content Director to join our dynamic digital team at OK! Magazine Online.This role is pivotal in the success of the magazine brands, building a first-class ok.co.uk website with loyalty and engagement at its heart.

We’re looking for fresh ideas and new perspectives from people from a wide range of backgrounds, and we want you to tell us the stories you believe are important from our many communities so we can continue to diversify our content.

This role is home and hub based linked to our London Hub. We are therefore open to candidates based in and around London.

What will the role involve?

You will oversee the performance of OK.co.uk and its associated social media channels, ensuring all content is of the highest standard/ You will grow traffic, registrations and subscriptions. You will manage a team of digital reporters, freelancers and editors, guiding and supporting them to achieve targets.

You will use your considerable knowledge of OK!’s brand to continue to drive traffic to the site and understand what our social media followers want to see. You have a good understanding of analytics and can analyse and report on your findings. You edit Ok.co.uk’s homepage and ensure it catches the ongoing attention of our readers.

Who are we looking for?

You are an exceptional NCTJ qualified journalist with an excellent understanding of all things celebrity and lifestyle. You come from a fast paced digital magazines newsroom background. You understand what drives traffic and how to increase page views and engagement.

You have first class writing and editing skills, with a passion for celebrity and lifestyle news. You have an enviable contacts book and can use that to secure exclusives and build a fantastic team.
