Situated a stone’s throw away from Barnham Station, we at Shore Financial Services are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join our small but growing, close-knit and friendly team.

The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient private client and corporate administrative support service to a team of advisers in processing new business and ongoing servicing of existing clients.

Job Description

The roll of mortgage administrator will be to provide support to the brokers who are writing a significant level of mortgage business with large variety of lenders, centralized buy to let lenders and specialist commercial providers.

You will be expected to act in all areas of the mortgage process including but not limited to:

• Customer facing communication in both written and verbal format
• Inputting and cross-checking mortgage applications on lender’s processing systems online
• Preparation of, and organizing and managing client files
• Pipeline management; chasing clients and providers both prior to and post offer
• Fee chasing

Key Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent time management and excellent both written and verbal communication skills
• Well-presented and punctual.
• Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a small team.

Hours Full time permanent position - 9.15am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (Can be flexible).
