You will join the Siemens Mobility Digital team where you will be part of our mission to make Rail Digital. Depending on your background, interests, and customer needs you will be involved in imagining, planning, building, or maintaining exciting data-driven solutions. You will be part of a digital network at Siemens Mobility working around our cloud-based platform for rail called Railigent where we connect and build with data from across train, maintenance, monitoring systems.
The Challenge

We will create an individual training plan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of it, you will be set up with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to equip you for your professional career in Siemens.
If you’re a builder and a self-starter, get stuck in to developing dashboards for our customers to support maintenance and operations as part of our digital mission- You could work as a business analyst, learning about cloud technology and working with business stakeholders to translate business problems to delivery plans
- If your passion lies in customer service and support, you could work to build customer relationships, working with the service and community management team, who play a central role in the digital team

The Candidate
We are looking for innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:
Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Maths, Physics, Data Science or a Computer Science- You think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
- You can work independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
- You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions

These two positions are based in either Southampton or Manchester.

The total rewards' package for this role includes a competitive salary of £28,00 plus an annual bonus.
