Due to the growth of the business our client is looking to take on Customer Service team members on a full-time basis.

Day to Day Duties

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Answering and resolving enquiries, requests and complaints via phone, email and live webchat
  • Processing incoming email and post
  • Manage customer expectations effectively and resolve issues
  • Investigating customer enquiries and providing feedback
  • Liaising with internal departments across the business
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by Management
  • Potential opportunity to progress into responding on social media platforms and live webchat

Essential Skills

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and aiming for excellence in delivery to customers.
Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, have high standards and be capable of multi-tasking.
Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills and liaise with all members of the business including senior managers and directors.
Ability to be flexible with work duties and hours as required by the team and business.

Desirable Experience
Previous Call Centre Experience working within a busy environment would be advantageous.
