Main Purpose of the Post
Swansea University has been making a difference since 1920. This post is based in our International Development Office, part of the Marketing, Recruitment, and International Directorate. The Directorate is the home of admissions, recruitment, marketing, fundraising and development as well as the international teams.
We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to contribute to the University’s international student recruitment and marketing activity. The post holder will work as part of a regional team within the International Development Office and with colleagues in Faculties and other Professional Services departments, ensuring outcomes are aligned to the University’s strategic aim of becoming a Top 30 University.
The post holder will join our International Development Office team responsible for recruitment and marketing activities in a specified global region(s). Currently, those regions are the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Pakistan, however, deployment to other markets covered by the International Development Office may be required.

We are looking for someone with professionalism, flexibility, self-motivation, determination to succeed and a cross cultural sensitivity and experience of working with other cultures. You will hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and have evidence of taking pride in and delivering successful professional services and solutions. You will require experience of providing a caring approach to your customers, understanding priorities when delivering the needs of the customer, and evidence of delivering high standards of personalised care.
