The role is for a Nurse manager position is in the Magherafelt area for an independent run facility.

The nurse manager would be responsible for:
- Managing a small, bedded facility.
- Meeting standards for RQIA and maintaining these standards.
- Supporting a staff team of nurses and completing appraisals and supervisions.
- Liaising with families and careers.
Within this management position there is administration support for the Nurse Manager to allow you to focus on what is important to you.
This role is 9-5, Monday – Friday and covering on call when required.
Annual leave entitlement is 7 weeks per year.
Experience:
- 5 years post registration experience
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- Strong experience working in general nursing.
- NMC registered Nurse.
