Post Title: Peer Recovery Development Worker
Duration: Permanent, subject to an initial 6 months probationary period
Hours: 35 hours per week, to be worked in accordance with DVVA Conditions of Service
Salary: Grade 3 (£21,757 - £24,174)
You will be highly motivated and passionate about Mental Health recovery. The post holder will work as part of the Mental Health and Substance Use team to build on our successful work in Making Recovery Real. In collaboration with partner organisations, you will develop capacity for and facilitate development of peer recovery practice as a means of achieving good mental health and wellbeing for all. You will establish and build relationships with people through a blend of online and in-person engagement work, you will use co-production techniques to maximize resources available to communities, so that people achieve best possible mental health and wellbeing outcomes.
