We are seeking additional staff to join our experienced and committed teams within our Complex Needs Accommodation Services, based in various London boroughs. You will be undertaking a specialist role, designed to work with people with complex support needs, relating to mental health, multiple physical health needs, multi-substance use and offending.
As a Project / Support Worker, you will be to provide support to clients to enable them to understand their support needs and to manage these effectively. You will hold a caseload of clients and be responsible for helping them to identify short term objectives, meet their goals and complete risk assessments. You will also work with clients to develop their living skills, develop and manage relationships, build social networks and to access various services.
To be successful, you will have some experience of working or supporting vulnerable people, rough sleepers or people with complex mental health, physical health or substance use support needs. The ability to manage your time and work, in order to manage a caseload is also needed. As is, the ability to deliver positive outcomes utilising your knowledge of the health and social care sector.

Early shifts: 8am - 3:30pm/4pm and /or Late shifts: 3:30pm - 10:30pm available

- A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period
