EyeQualifi LTD is fairly new, established 2 years ago but a rapidly growing Education & Training company working with centres across the UK to provide world class educational needs and NVQs. Currently running Beauty and Construction Qualifications we are also looking to add Child Education and Admin qualifications to our offerings. As a private college we are devoted to providing the student with the best experience possible and are looking for motivated individuals that love what they do and can relay this in our day to day work environment. Funded and Commercial options give students from any background the chance to acquire the skills they need and gain valuable certifications recognised worldwide.

The role - be one of the EyeQualifi Family
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our office in Chadwell Heath.
You’ll help to solve our customers’ problems, providing them with support, advice and the peace of mind that their query will be resolved.
You will assist our tutors in their daily activities and be in charge of paperwork and office duties.
You will be in close contact with the centre manager and report back to her each day. Admin tasks will be part of this role, although the major aspect is based on our leads.
You will complete registerations with students and support their joureny till they start their course.
We are looking for an individual that will be a point of contact for the business and is flexible and efficient.
This is an opportunity to work within a fun and energetic team environment, with the potential to earn excellent commission by registering new students.
All leads are provided by existing clients through our referral scheme and the company's social media combined.
This is a full-time role with a basic rate of £60 a day, plus uncapped commission.
We won’t lie - it’s not always an easy role. You’ll need to be willing to deal with challenging and vulnerable clients, there is a lot to learn and things are always changing. But we’ll give you all the training you need when you join and then once you are part of a team, you’ll have people around you for continued learning and encouragement.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for people with great customer service skills who enjoy resolving customer issues. Ideally, you will currently or have previously worked in a contact centre/call centre role and it would be even better if you have experience in admin.
We also want you to be:

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication, rapport building and objection handling skills.
Sales experience would be an advantage, but is not essential - personality is key - we are looking for a "full time chatterbox"!
What you’ll need
We will supply the equipment needed for you to do the role at the office but you will still need to have a smartphone with a minimum: Android phones 9 and later versions Apple phones. Requires iOS 14.0 or later.
You’ll also need to be currently residing in the UK with eligibility to live and work in the UK too.
Location: Mainly from the Head office at Chadwell Heath, RM6 6PY.
Start Date: 5th December 2022
