Juice is delighted to be supporting a reputable financial service company based in central Bath, in their search for a CASS Senior Admin to join their talented team.

This role has a hybrid working model, with only 1 day a week required in the office. Due to the hybrid nature of the role, we welcome applicants from the Wiltshire and Somerset areas.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include –

• Providing administrative and technical support to the activities of the first-line CASS & Operational Risk oversight function
• Assisting the CASS and Risk function in dealing with technical query escalations
• Liaising with internal and external audits collecting the necessary data for testing
• Producing CASS and Risk Mi.
• Supporting in the production of 1st line CASS and Risk Reports for ExCo, SMTs, and Board as required
• Carrying out CASS Oversight regulatory tasks
• Undertaking trend analysis on breaches and near misses
• Recording CASS breaches, and assessing corrective and preventative actions
• Coaching individuals and supporting CASS training sessions

About you

The successful candidate will have operational CASS knowledge, operational Risk knowledge, a CASS CISI qualification and come from a financial services background. You will have excellent attention to detail, fantastic communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to problem solve and work well under pressure.
