London Stadium are looking for dedicated and experienced Staffing Supervisors to join the event day safety team to assist in delivering world class events and experiences for guests. London Stadium is a multi-purpose venue that is the home of West Ham United Football Club and is also equipped to host concerts, Rugby Union and League, as well as top class athletics and other events.

The successful candidates will be working with the Staffing Manager and the event day Crowd Safety Team to deliver safe and enjoyable events in accordance with the Spectator Safety Policy, relevant legislation and the venue safety certificate.

You should have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Spectator Safety or above and have worked at a similar level in a similar venue.

Your event day role will include the following duties:

• Welcome and check-in stewards ensuring work times are audited, approved and recorded
• Ensure that all stewards are presented correctly
• Audit steward performance, welfare, and uniforms
• Audit partner agency attendance and performance and review qualifications in line with the agency agreements
• Work with all allocated stakeholders and manage information

Successful candidates must commit to working 80% of the events at London Stadium. We would ask you to commit to any additional training required such as customer service and online event specific inductions.
