Test Technician

£12.50 - £15 per hour

Loughborough

Test Technician required for manufacturing client based in Loughborough. They have an exciting opportunity for a Test Technician to join their team. This position is well-suited to a person who is ideally having Production/ Manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Performing a variety of test-based duties including fault finding on electronic components and assemblies down to component level.
• Ensure manufacture and testing is to Customer specification
• Perform all test operations in accordance with procedures
• Liaise with production manager

Requirements:

• Knowledge of anti-static precautions
• Ability to understand drawings
• Experience of using oscilloscopes, multi-meters, function generators and other general test equipment for electronics
• Experience in the testing of electronic printed circuit boards (PCBs) and sub-assemblies
