Citizens Advice Epping Forest District (CAEFD) is an innovative and successful advice service which offers free confidential advice online, over the phone and in person.
We are looking for an experienced welfare benefits caseworker/adviser to join our existing team of advisers and caseworkers to help and support clients in the Epping Forest District with all aspects of benefits advice. However, candidates meeting most of the requirements for the role but requiring specialist training to meet the key requirements will also be considered and the salary offered will reflect the level of skills and knowledge.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about giving an effective service to those most in need. You will need to demonstrate that you are a strong team player, with an eye for detail, and excellent people’s skills. You will thrive in a busy environment and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
This is a part time role that could be worked over 14 hours or 21 hours per week.
We will provide you with the tools you need to carry out the role including IT equipment and a comprehensive induction. We can also offer flexibility with how the hours are structured.
